All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST at 15% will be added to your invoice once SouthStack is GST-registered (required once revenue exceeds $60,000 NZD).
Yes — full IP transfer on final payment. The code, designs, and all content are yours outright. No ongoing licence fees, no platform lock-in, no dependency on SouthStack.
Extra pages beyond the base scope are quoted as an add-on and added to your Statement of Work before work begins. There are no surprise costs mid-project.
Hosting is typically free or very low cost — Cloudflare Pages (free tier) or Vercel (free tier covers most small sites). You pay your domain registrar directly (~$15–25/yr for .co.nz). We'll explain your specific ongoing costs clearly at handover.
Yes, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation happens after more than 50% of the project is complete, the full project fee is payable. This is standard NZ web dev practice and is documented in our Terms of Trade.
