How payment works
Design deposit
$250 before the Figma design phase begins. Deducted from your project total if you proceed; retained as payment for the design work if you don't.
Project deposit
50% upfront, non-refundable. Work starts only once received.
Balance
50% on completion, before files or domain handover.
Payment terms
14 days from invoice date.
Methods
Bank transfer (no fee) or Stripe card (2.9% + 30c surcharge).
Late payment
$25 flat fee + 2% per month on overdue balance.
IP ownership
Full transfer to you on receipt of final payment.
